WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made within 24 - 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up/delivery date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Same day cancellations are non-refundable. 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE AN ORDER?

Please place the order 48+ hours in advance. For custom orders, please place your order 5 or more days in advance.
